The F-16XL was handed over to NASA by the airforce around 1988, about 20-30 years at least before AIM-120Ds even existed.
So yeah I doubt that thing is getting added with 120Ds.

As long as it isn’t added to something already stupidly powerful like an AESAphoon or Rafale, sure.
But something tells me the AESAphoon is exactly what you want them on.

In this game, The maps are designed for sub 100km distances. Makes no difference
The Su-30SM2, Rafale and AESA EFT are fine as they currently are and don’t need anything for now (they are also the only 14.7s for a reason).
F-15EX (and ideally the F-15SG for Israel) with base AIM-120D to give these nations a plane that can at least close the gap with the above mentioned trio.
