The airframe between F-16D and F-16I largely doesn’t change.
Radar wouldn’t add 1 ton because that’d throw off weight balance.
So I don’t see how it could be 1 ton heavier than F-16D.

We don’t have Brimstone 2s and even with them, you will fly 5-6km max from the battlefield, if of course you want to be at least a little useful to the team.
Good news, it turns out they only ever tested and integrated the Brimstone on an American AH-64E in Arizona
They should have been added 9 months ago for the EFT. Hopefully they will now be added with such long ranged SAMs being added. (heck, probably should have been added for the Tornado Gr4 as it didnt get FnF)
10-15km would be perfectly reasonable and the extra speed from a Brimstone 2 means that you dont have to loiter forever guiding it.
i get your POV however for me the best thing about the cromwell is sending it across the whole map before the enemy has left their spawn and cleaning them out from behind like a true cruiser tank ought to.

Doesn’t matter, gaijin can do anything they want. Remember the SAAF gripen has access to MS20 despite irl SAAF couldn’t afford the upgrade as they had to ground all of their gripens and make a deal with SAAB just to get them flying. Its whatever the snail wants.

Last time I checked the AMX 10RC was a wheeled vehicle rather than a tracked one and had considerably less horsepower than the CV90105.
The IKV 91-105 also doesn’t have an autoloader and potentially worse ammo than the TML, we will have to see which ammo the TML gets and what other features Gaijin will model for it.
Balance, but maybe it’ll get the Spice-2000 in the near future
