F-15E easily matches its climb rate and can fire off 8x Aim-120C5s vs its 6. EFT even has weaker CMs at the moment, making defending much harder. Any long ranged shot though is usually a waste of a missile given how easy it is to defend against them in anything.
In closer ranged fights. Su-30SM and Rafale both massively outperform it on radar and missile performance, often forcing the EFT onto the full defensive. Even in a dogfight the EFT is outclassed by the Rafale in most respects.
Again. Why are you focusing only on their weaknesses.
Rafale slaps the EFT in pretty much any encounter, its why it outperforms the EFT to such an extreme degree.
F-15E is only mediocre if you try to gunfight most other jets. If you play it like the missiel truck it is (I.e, dont dogfight) then it performs a lot better. Most of my kills against F-15s are either one thats went low and slow or those that were AFK high and fast. Both signs of bad players, not good players.
Again, still weaker than the Rafale in every battle. Gripen NG will be the same.
So again… Rafale with AESA, fine. Gripen NG/E with AESA, fine. EFT with AESA, unacceptable?

Because so far, it just sounds like people dont like the EFT and want to artificially nerf it just because its the EFT. Even though the aircraft that should be artificially nerfed is the Mirage 2Ks and Rafale (Or perhaps more specifically, MICA EM need to be nerfed)

Pulling into a notch is much easier in a EFT over a F-15E

I have never seen an F-15E struggle to get into the notch at any ranges other than point blank range. They defend without issue with any shot fired at 7-10+ km

Having played both the EFT is 1000x easier to defend in than the F-15E.
it’ll perform better, but still worse than the EFT in most areas.

Personally I think it is very different as you have significantly more time until you have to go into the notch, allowing for better guidance (if the radar doesnt confuse itself) until impact. This is even worse at faster speeds, where the f15 becomes a flying truck that cant defend properly.
It’s just going to be another howitzer that is going to be so braindead easy to play that it’ll become boring quickly, like the M109.
I’m mostly a ground player, but the M55 is the last thing I’m excited about.

Gripen E is not even here and the Rafale is unbalanced right now, I agree on that point.
I’ve never struggled in the Tornado F3 Late, when flying high defending against long ranged shots from the F-15Es they always face against at the moment.
Unless the F-15E turns worse than the Tornado F3. I dont see why this is an issue that requires the EFT to be deneid AESA, which, quite frankly, will have minimal impact on how effective either aircraft will perform when defending against an AMRAAM

I’m more trying to counter your blatant “britain suffers” and “the grass is always greener on the other side” mentality. I stopped the EFT AESA discussion already because you are too far gone to see a reasonable point.

Generally most airframes are worse at 13.0 than they are at 14.0-14.3 and in downtiers you are one of the few planes with fox 3.
Also barely going positive in the F.3 Late doesn’t indicate a lot of smooth sailing.

Gripen E is due anyday, should have been added alongside the Rafale and Typhoon.
But this is what I dont understand. Germany and Italy must be left without any form of AESA, despite direct equivalents, already having/getting AESA of comprable performance.
Just feels wierdly hypocritcal for no apparent reason

I think it would be better to buff the current radar and let the later T3 have the AESA radar with Meteors. The EF is fine where it is, the only plane that has a significant advantage is the Rafale, every other plane has minor advantages / disadvantages that favor different playstyles.
