The PL-15 is an AIM-120D counterpart, not an AIM-120C-5 one.
You know after some thinking regarding the Comanche, its highly unlikely to be a pack premium for one simple reason. It would be a top tier premium Heli for US, and despite all the low IQ takes WT doesnt have top tier premiums and Gaijin has stated we never will. Only way i can see it coming as a pack premium is if it is added with a TT counterpart and is worse than the TT version such as being based on the version without a radar and lacking the external weapons pylons, which the TT one would have
They said we won’t have top BR premiums, not top tier ones.
Top tier in WT was defined by the community as the top BR, which is what Gaijin consideres to be top yier because of that
And are helis even held to the same standard as the other trees in that regard? With no primary gamemode?
Like could we have 12.3 premium helis?
I reckon they raised the max BR of helis just so they could add 12.0 premium ones.
We have 11.7 premium tanks.
We are getting 7.0 premium naval ships.

Yeah… come to think of it. That would make a bit of sense. I thought that was a really wierd thing to do otherwise. Helis arent exactly good at the moment and I’ve always thought a few could have done with a BR drop
Especially since 12.3 isn’t a thing for ground.
Frankly Heli’s would be better if researching them was easier. The jump from starter heli’s to the medium range missile flingers is insane. Going from researching the first Heuy for US to researching the Littlebird is just pure insanity with tbe RP cost

The biggest issue is probably the lack of proper gamemode for the helis.

Tbh getting a mode similar to ARB but for Heli’s or even letting Heli’s be used in Air Sim woukd be so nice
