ADATS is a very much 11.0 vehicle, it should be lower, but in no world is it a 10.0 SPAA.
British made IFVs that are good are against the ToS

Statistically, the ADATS performs better in KDR, which suggests its doing a better job at the AA role:
→ Places the US and Russia as equals in GRB SPAA-wise
→ Adats can’t even best FlaRakRad on AA duties (the latter is nowhere near the Pantsir).

if it couldnt kill tanks its actual SPAA capability is that of a 10.7 maybe 10.3 (being worse then OSA)

Not played it myself but very understandable. I very often see Flarak’s just get completely overwhelmed.
Saying that, seen a Flarak in a game yesterday, absolute champ of a player, he must have intercepted down a dozen Kh38’s / Mav’s that were flying into our spawn. I was in awe lol.
But eventually even he fell to the sheer spam coming at him.
I don’t know, it could’ve been given to any nation, what’s even the point of that question? The only reason I can think of is the fact that the FlaRakRad is the WORST SPAA at top tier, and the only SPAA to only have 2 missiles.
Makes sense that Germany and Israel would be getting strong systems to compensate.

The issue is though, so did a lot of other nations. Like the UK and France.
But whilst the US got 3 new aircraft last major. The UK got 1 and France got none.
This major, its looking like neither Britian nor France is going to get a single new aircraft again.
Which is a real shame because there are some really good aircraft that would be perfect to add now (Like for a naval focused update, something like the Fairey Barracuda or Mosqutio light bomber for Britain for example would pair beautifully with Vanguard )
