200rpm vs 100rpm isnt very fair and should be 9.3 realistically, the VBCI is already considered very meh and the badger is worse in pretty much every way

One problem with that. The version of L-39 that soviets had was one of the first versions. So it pretty much was pure trainer with pretty much nothing. Maybe some small caliber gun pods

That seems like preferential treatment, considering that Canada or Australia didn’t get the same opportunity
It has a much weaker gun. 60 RPM max.
Though what is concerning is that they’ve described it both as top tier and end of line. Which would place it either at 10.3 or 10.7.

It seems that way yes. There 's still some sidegrades left to expect: Jean Bart, KGV, Stalingrad, etc. But it 's not like we’re going to get much further w/ BB 's as toptier.
That 's not to say we’re going to completely replace them as toptier immediately afterward. There 's a range of capabilities that can be included under the classification of " missile ship ", and a number of them are below the level of being able to fight battleships. It 's more reasonable to believe that the initial vessels of this kind ( ignoring the ones already ingame …) would be below toptier, then further ones could eventually reach and possibly surpass BB 's as top-BR options.
There 's also submarines and aircraft carriers to consider, since they’ll probably start showing up while battleship appearances wind down*. But neither type of vessel necessarily needs to start appearing at battleship BR 's either.
*though they obviously won’t stop - there 's a number of battleships which would definitely come below the top BR 's left to appear

Vanguard being added with ships that will probably mop the floor with her instead of the blueprint ships that were meant to fight these ships

Yep… Which is why im so mad about it. Once again, rather than adding a good British IFV that could easily be placed between 10.3 and 11.0. They’ve added the worst possible IFV they could think of from South Africa
