My prediction is F-15C w/ APG-63V3, likely same update as C-5 amraam. Also with BOL added to it and every other US F-15
After this, F-15SA and upgraded E, then F-15SG event, then F-15SR or SE squadron vehicle, and then F-15EX. After that, F-15QA premium in same update as the next leap in aircraft, maybe first widespread 5th gen update

Not only do all of the planes you listed already have R-60s available to them, there also are plenty of planes that are limited to regular R-60s.
The difference between the R-60 and R-60K wouldn’t matter at all ingame and R-60K is not the export designation, but rather the designation for R-60s with a radar fuze rather than an optical fuze.
