Maybe I’ll express an unpopular opinion, but I’m really looking forward to a new premium rank VIII aircraft for Japan. Maybe it will be the F-4EJ Kai with AAM-3 or F-15J
What I was getting at, is that the proportion of a nation that is subtree isn’t actually the important thing, the US and USSR aren’t more deserving of a subtree because they don’t have one yet, in fact a nation like Sweden, with a struggling air tree, is much more in need of a subtree, despite already being over 25% subtree
Don’t know why that would be an unpopular opinion, the F-4EJ ADTW ain’t great at all as a premium.
I’m not seeing them add a premium F-4EJ Kai tho, maybe the F-15J, maybe something from Thailand.
@Smin1080p_WT How long will it take to change the track model?

Until the end of time
So, we’ve got some AMX-13s, some Leopard 1s and 2s, even an M47, what happened to national identity?
We could go through India too if you want, I promise it’s even worse.
If all of those are acceptable additions, then again, what is the argument against Canada or Australia.
I think this off-topic discussion has gone on long enough. No looking at India would only cement my position more about Canada and Australia not being Sub-Trees.
tbh most of the important stuff on this list is already in the game, and most of the missing stuff is a load of nothingburger that wont help britain where it needs it.
I disagree a CV9035NL would be a huge addition to GB.
I mean would the F/A-18 be worse than the Rafale, or the MiG-29K, or the SU-30MKI for Britian, say you had to pick one of them, which would hurt the least?
yes
I hope it won’t be Thailand
Why are you replying to me with that message?
The F/A-18 would hurt the least. Too bad India is the subtree and not Canada or Australia.
I fear you’re of a minority opinion there
I didn’t mean to, idk what happened there
in what sense do we say “worse” because if we’re talking aircraft effectiveness, then yes the Indian Rafale dogs the Australian/Canadian F/A-18s.
If we’re speaking metaphorically which is better/worse for the tree, then it doesn’t really matter.
if they wanted Leo’s in the UK wouldn’t it be better to have the service ones from Canada & Australia than tested ones?
well… i’d prefer to see more Japanese naval CAS there…
