I was referring to the fact that this appears to be the skin announced for the Nesher at the time (July 9). It matches the date in the archives.
to be fair though the yak 141 and mig29a f104g mig 21s have weapons they never carried so putting a aim7 sparrow and aim9 sidewinder on it doesnt seem that big of a deal

I mean subtree doesn’t actually mean anything aside from future exclusivity, so in that sense there is no harm in having 180 subtrees.
But equally there are non-subtrees that have relative exclusivity, for example Pakistan and Argentina are both technically more exclusive than South Africa is.
They could have easily split them across multiple trees if they wanted, but it’s better that they remain consolidated and so if that means they have to be a subtree, then they should be, there is no requirement for a subtree to be more than 1 vehicle so what would be the harm? Equally there is no real need for a subtree to keep those nations consolidated, so if they can do it with those two, and given how close they are with Australia, why shouldn’t those nations remain consolidated?

The updated version of the announcement page lists only the 5f, which has a user-created camoflage as part of Moments of Valour - it 's available here:
But this unused additional camo, also for the 5f, has not appeared officially.

You just said you would be fine with non sub trees so long as they are consolidated to a single tree. That is a sub tree if it is consolidated. Don’t play it off not to be.

define subtree, outside of “whatever gaijin calls a subtree is a subtree”, what does the term actually mean?
Yeah I don’t think they are the same plane. F-15B 71-0/291 seems to have been an exhibition/testbed aircraft with it being flown at a bunch of air shows and testing out some different weapon loads being a prototype strike eagle at one point. There’s a collection of pictures of it here on Reddit.
But other than that one image I can’t seem to find that same F-15B with the 2D vectoring nozzles.
I hope I’m wrong though and this is real because it would be cool to have in-game, or if the STOL/MTD can use weapons that also would be cool to see.

It’s a nation being attached to a tree to help bolster X nation. It puts an exclusivity to X nation to receive nations equipment.

A skin for the Nesher was officially announced on 07/09/2024. It was never implemented. That’s all.
If you look at the skin in the files, you will see that it has the same release date as Moments of Valor: Argentina.
