This does not appear to show that anti-radiation missiles are not planned. It 's more likely a continuation of the statements they’ve made in the past about ARM not being considered useful against player-controlled SAM systems, here and here.
Since we have also been seeing developments for the non-player static SAM systems, which the developer(s) consider to be useful targets for anti-radiation weapons according to their communications:
The S-75, MIM-23 Hawk, S-300 and Patriot complexes have been added to the files, along w/ some components of new mission objectives and layouts for them to be applied to. Also, the AGM-78 and LD-10 ARM have appeared in the files.
There 's also been leaks from Oliviia abt them.
So while it is true that Anti-radiation is not being considered for development wrt Ground modes, there are a number of indicators that they are being developed for Air.

I’m kinda hoping for an aerobatics themed update, you’ve got the Blue Angels (F/A-18), Red Arrows (Gnat/Hawk) Russian Knights (SU-30SM) Frecce Tricolori (M346), and probably others, I think would make for a damn cool trailer and a solid set of plausible aircraft to be added

F-15A and F-15C and all of their derivatives are not meta defining.
The F-15E on the other hand is very much on-meta right now. It’s not quite as strong as the EFT and Rafale but the F-15E is definitely competitive currently. As is the Ra’am.
Right now, USA, Israel, Italy, UK, Germany, and France all have very competitive top-tier aircraft in the form of the EFT, F-15E/Ra’am, and Rafale. So it’s Russia, Sweden, Japan, and China that need some assistance more than anybody else.
Russia and China have no shortage of advanced Flanker variants (and others) that can fill out those ranks. Sweden and Japan don’t have many options for the future. The Finnish F-18 will definitely be useful for Sweden, and the F-2 is the only real option for Japan.
Obviously almost everybody could get an F-35 when that time comes, and I think that will come sooner rather than later… but maybe not this year.
EDIT: Yeah the hornet is late to be on-meta… but that’s not really a problem? It’s like asking “why add a WW2 tank? It’s not meta” there are other BRs to play…

With how strong the F-15E/I was on release, and how good is still arguably is, I would argue that it has been meta defining enough.
The problem with the hornet is that the F/A-18C is arguably already at best a sidegrade to the F-15C, let alone the F-15E.
Fun fact another looked over project was a super sonic gnat…
