Tbh, between the UD at 10.0, and the U at 11.0, I think think a UE-1 will be round dependent. I’d put it at 10.7 with 3BM46, and 11.3 with 3BM60, imo.

Sure, but since the proper T-80BV hulls are on the BVM and 292, I’m somewhat doubtful we’ll get a proper late hull composite for a BV.
Yeah. Since we have 3BM60 at 10.0 on 2S25M and at 10.7 with T-90A. I suppose it’s conceivable we might get 11.3 T-80UE-1 with 3BM60.
3BM60 is still second or third worst shell in 11.7. I’m sure somehow this would be twisted to “Russian bias”
I agree here. Not really sure T-80UE-1 would be 11.7 strong.

I remember I timed it once a few years ago, and, if I remember correctly, 39 minutes out of ~60 were spent on Russia, and Britain, Japan, and Italy weren’t shown.

It’s laughable.
UM-1, with Arena and a hydrostatic transmission (slightly better acceleration and reverse) should be at 11.7
Could see it with the same armour as T-80UD, just with more horsepower and faster traverse and a thermal upgrade, maybe a new shell.
Describing it as an upgraded T-80U would be more accurate. Although T-80UE-1 used the turret of T-80UD and the hull of T-80BV obr.1985, its protection performance, weight and mobility would be identical to T-80U.
The question is that whether it will receive upgrade in gun traverse speed, or a 3BM60 round.
If the BR is stretched to 12.0, putting it in 11.7 would be reasonable. But under the current br arrangement it would be awkward to put it in either 11.3 or 11.7.
Thats why i dont watch the RU stream.
That stream is more about nationalism then it is about the game.

Yeah Germany is in the same state as are most nations really. I struggle to sympathise with Germany purely because Scharnhorst is so broken but yes they do suffer in the AA regard on their non-broken ships just like everyone else.
He says Hood is the Queen of BC’s because Scharn is a BB not a BC.
Scharn was added years too early and is quite literally the most broken vehicle br for br in the entire game.
Don’t feel bad if you can’t kill her, most things can’t.
It’s not a backstab because 10.0 premiums can’t fight 11.3.
The T-80UE-1 would definitely be a better choice to grind the USSR tech tree for new players. The reason why I call it a backstab is that T-80UD has left much to be desired if you play it in RB. The 10.0 USSR players usually face German and Sweden Leo2A4 in 10.3, and sometimes they will meet ZTZ-99 and MBT-2000 which have great advantage in mobility and survivability or protection.

Seems to me, perfectly comfortable at 11.3 for now. Of course I believe and fully advocate for immediate decompression:
Soviets aren’t permitted decent vehicles because the outcry of “bias” is enormous. See how many people think TURMS is well armoured…
Before people come at me for this, T-80UD is only advantaged by the reload and optics, it lacks a lot of things in exchange for this.

T-80UE-1 in 11.3 then where should T-72B3(UBKh) go? It’s actually difficult to balance those Soviet MBTs.
The T-80U should not stay in 11.3. Just remove its TVD and send it back to 11.0. The same will work for T-80B.
