You act like BVVD only shows Soviet kit, it’s just not true. Sure the Ru stream is slower, but that’s usually because BVVD answers questions about the future of the game, which the En stream can’t do because they are PR guys not decision makers, no shade to them.

Since it’s a very low production upgrade package and Soviet have 0 11.3 premiums, I wager it’s a premium.
It’s not a backstab because 10.0 premiums can’t fight 11.3.
Many nations have Rank 7 premiums at 10.0 and 11.3. Just different brackets.
Depends what shell it has. It’s a BV hull with UD turret.
If we recall the T-80UD we have in-game it has some early hull composites for no reason and no 3BM46 presumably for low BR reasons.
Possibly the T-80UE-1 will be similarly gimped as the T-80BV and T-80UD. Object 292 has a proper T-80BV hull composite.
Could see it with the same armour as T-80UD, just with more horsepower and faster traverse and a thermal upgrade, maybe a new shell. Not sure if that would make it 11.3. It doesn’t even have Relikt.

IIRC he was using a particular vehicle as an example to discuss mechanics. I think they know that the EN streamers are very punctual and cover everything on the agenda, so they’re more relaxed and take the opportunity to discuss things the EN stream won’t.

late 80bv hull is same armor as 80u, and with K5, it provides enough protection against most apfsds, about 620 ke as I remember? Dm53 is 652mm at 0m, not enough to pen it in real battle.
