Need I remind you that JAS39 was kept at 12.3 for ages, despite it being obviously patently superior in all but SARH to every other plane?
There would have to be something HUGE in order for a patch to drop with any decompression.
It is located in the same folder with the mobility of Challenger and Leclerc.

The other proposal for SAMP/T for France and Italy also has a massive range. Those system use the ASTER 30 missile used by the system has up to 120km of range against aircrafts apparently.
It’s more similar to the patriot system than anything else

The JAS39 was only ever 12.3 when 12.3 was the max BR, and that wasn’t for long after Air Superiority.
