It used to sit in 7.3. Then for a long while 7.7 Gaijin did the funny to it and move it up to 8.0 and I rarely see that thing nowadays.
That’s an unknown, one that Gaijin clearly isn’t willing to gamble on, so they keep putting more money into the German tree instead of others like France.

Challenger 2 Streetfighter 2, has actual composite on the LFP and brimstone ATGMS, and the Challenger 3TD we got is the one unveiled back in 2019, we could get the Challenger 3 (2024) which has improved armour and I believe should be getting some kind of APS

That the average player is caught up in the idea of German technical superiority, when they’re currently one of the weakest militaries in Europe? No offense meant to Germany.
France and the UK are the biggest militaries in Europe, but they aren’t treated like that in WT.

I said I want to play France I never said I did lol, their low tier just has no pull for me, its honestly why I haven’t gone up more trees, I’m far more interested in cold war and modern day era tanks and planes, but being forced to go through 4 tiers of tanks that I dont really care about is a turn off, and planes is even worse. I’m sick of props so just cant be bothered to grind any other air tree besides germany and britain since I got to jets in both
what does technical know-how has to do with army size?
Leos for example are used by many nations while leclerc and challengers are mostly used by just france and britain. Considering most other countries choose leopards compared to these tanks rather suggests leos are superior despite germany having less tanks than france

No, it would still have harrier II handling, 4x BOL and MAWS. Maybe 11.0, but probably 11.3
France is slightly better in army (expeditionnary force at least), but it’s not like we are not surrounded of NATO countries so yep we also goes more toward Air and Navy and i think we should focus on that too.
