oh definitly, i just say that so that french dont complain, and if you believe me or not, but i saw plenty of french ask for leopards. Partialy for the switz leopard modification, apprently the armor was made by ruag and integrated leclerc tech, but turns out it was only a mock up as far as i am aware either way

Ultimately a sub-tree isn’t meant to do anything other than supplement a main tree. In the case of Netherlands it just doesn’t do anything for France. Sure there’s a (very) few vehicles that Netherlands could bring in the first place but on the whole it doesn’t provide anything for France to really warrant its existence in the French tree.
