Meh, if you want. I’m not gonna continue that since we can’t joke with you the same way you did if we end flaged.
The issue is that Ukraine would bolster the Yugoslav tree in areas where it would be at it’s strongest, so it’d really be of no help.
If you wanted to incorporate Ukraine in a tree where it’d massively help, then Romania would be a better pick.
Issue is that an independent Romanian tree is a bit iffy and Ukraine has very little technical connections to it.

Because they hate C&P. if it’s only “unique stuff” it’s ok but yet as soon as they add something found in another tree it’s not.
It’s the sub-tree problem they think nothing but sub-trees should come but don’t want things the nations used like it’s MBTs.

Then not adding C&P stuff defeats the whole purpose of a sub tree which is helping out the main one.
If they want sub trees that are unique then we are going to end up with sub trees that doesn’t make sense.

Thankfully, OSF exists. It can’t track multiple targets and isn’t as long range as a radar, but it’s fully capable of guiding a missile to a stealth targets at a comfortable distance (ie a distance where you can still defend an AMRAAM, depending on altitude of engagement)
imo : it isn’t that far. December 2024 would be my bet. First Rafale versions aren’t equipped with crazy avionics or missiles

But it would be still better than most 4th gens. I think gaijin shouldn’t rush in this case. We have plenty of stuff left to see in game.
Didn’t stop them from adding Taiwan to China, you can use the argument that they aren’t in an active conflict, but if politics actually mattered that much to Gaijin, it would’ve gone to Japan or something.

I’ve said this before in a now closed thread, but PRC and ROC both consider themselves as “Chinese”. It wouldn’t make sense to seperate them in this case.

Taiwan is China tho. And most of the world,including US and Russia,accepts the single China policy and the mainland as the only actual China aswell as Taiwan as part of China.

ROC considers themselves independent, while the PRC claims the province, I don’t see a difference.
