Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

yh so they show the radar signature, but nobody can measure the stealth of F22 and F35 because these jets literally have special coatings or literally structural stealth technology into the airframe all they do there is “simulate” the radar signature based on angles. At best it can be put as raw performance. But you can’t know how much does the F22 coating and F35’s stealth airframe actually reduce radar OVER the fact that they have a general stealth design.

EF is “not for soon at all” before last update, so i guess saddly none of EF or Rafale or other similar “4.5+” planes are for this year.

Not like you use it at all, I never see you here

This is the only way to measure their stealth since most of the information regarding their RCS is highly classified. Gaijin will most likely take this approach as well.

Su-57 really living up to being less stealthy than the Rafale lol Basically confirming the assumption of stealth order from earlier.

I would imagine, without “hopium/copium”, that we’ll see something significant at the end of this year. Just like ground was a few years prior, Gaijin has accelerated the implementation of advanced tech now for aircraft. We’re currently not that far away. You know they can’t resist dangling that carrot.

The amount of irony in this statement is metal.

That is still 4 nations to 2. However, if you ask me it is too many nations to make a tree. After all Gaijin will away take “copy and paste” first. AKA “More nations = less unique stuff” as Gaijin has shown.

A Poland and/or Czechoslovakia tree would be better.

The Benelux barely passes as it’s more like 2 nations(something we see already with the sub-tree system) over the three it would be as Luxembourg could only add two things.

3 to 3 as Hungary is part of Italy now so it wont be coming as standalone or sub tree to other nation.

Arguing over alliance trees when Yugo as a single country would arguably be better than either Benelux or Visegrad )))

Yugoslavia+Ukraine as a sub tree would be nice

But again not everyone needs to be in a independent tree.

however more Opfor would give the matchmaker a easier time

Problem is we are not far from hitting last gen planes.

Of course there is still dozens/hundreds of stuff to add on every era/rank/br but we are almost done for modern era, we just lack the totally modern toys.

The top tier lineup of such abomination would be too random, imagine: Bradley, M1A1SA, Leopard 2A6, T-84 and Pantsir S1M
.

Any news about the A6E SWIP?

Not sure why Ukraine would be added to it though

Not like it fits anywhere other than it’s own.
Besides, demand for Yugo is fair :)

I mean comparing a tree made up of 4 to a tree of 2(in the long run) was like comparing apples to oranges. And I had a problem with that.

I don’t like any multi-nation tree outside of the sub-tree system. something the Benelux could theoretically be done with.

after all most “Commonwealth-tree” proposals are more like “dominion” trees made up of 4 nations, not 56 or so. yet I don’t like either as more than one of the dominions could work as their own tree. Yet my stance at a worst-case scenario is an Australia/ANZAC sub-tree in a Canadian tree. The best is Australia/ANZACs also get one.

Same thing with “Latin America” they could be broken down into smaller groups like the ABC tree or whatever.

Despite the more trees needed, I feel like with how Gaijin has acted before “less nations = more unique stuff” would work better in the long run as Gaijin would be forced to add the unique things as the couldn’t ride on C&P for a supper long time as they would otherwise.

Without ram probably, with ram it’s likely much more stealthy which we’ve seen serial models with said ram.

Without RAM

With RAM

Since both nations used similar equipments and Ukraine doesnt really have any other place to be at so Yugoslavia TT can be a good option for it.

RAM coatings will not save the Su-57 due to having exposed fan blades from the front and exposed metal at the back. It is a genuine failed stealth aircraft, even if we assume they don’t have exposed rivets.

None of that will matter in game, as it will likely be coded to have a similar stealth profile to the other stealth jets. Mark my words, it will happen just like that, and a follow up QnA will happen to address that.
