People’s Republic of China and Republic of China, both are seperate governances that are Chinese. This is reflected a bit with the tech tree in game, as it shifts from ROC to mainly PRC mid-way through, with the ROC as a type of sub-tree. I personally don’t see issues with this placement. Also, M1A2T for China when?
Currently, even if it makes logical sense to add Ukrainian vehicles to Russia, it would be a terrible PR move by Gaijin and they have been wise not to do so. It’s unfortunate the T-84 is basically ready, but it may finally get some use if that Thai sub-tree for Japan turns out to be true.

It can indeed track multiple targets.
I think M2K5 will still be very competitive by December 2024, because there’s still going to be more mica em, magic 2, and radar buffs. There’s also potential for MAWS to be added.
