Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

The only reason the F-20 would be a premium is if the US is going to have a new rank for air.
When AMRAAMs come other than that and the Turkish tree that’s the only two things for the F-20

This list keeps getting closer and closer to a wishlist, imo.

I am once again failing to see the connection between Turkey, a plane that evaluated the exact same F-20 prototype as South Korea, Germany, The Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Egypt, etc, for likely the same amount of time (less than half a year) and a premium F-20.

We don’t know where the Chinese leaker got it from, same with their previous leaks.

@Texas_Engineer_Mike did the orange guy ever say no F-2 or did they just get confused with F-2 and F-20. Meaning they don’t know if F-2 is coming or not but definitely know F-20 is coming. Also, more importantly, did they change their statement on “new top tier jp jet”? I’m not in any of these discords so I don’t know the full comversation.

@Favnirbane By server leaker they mean the leaks from the orange guy, not the Chinese one from that site. To sum up we have 2 independent leak sources that have nothing to do with each other and they mostly agree.

I mean we have leaks we are discussion the best option for the leaked stuff.

If you don’t want to participate then that fine.

I mean there is only three real places for it to go. Two of them will be very odd ones.

Germany = They already had a 2A4 and the PL with numerous event and premium aircraft to make a line up. They just received a Turkish skin for said 2A4 which will be odd when they add an official Turkish Leo.

Italy = It’s will be the better choice as it will be one of the most powerful premium Italy will get access too and it will make a nice pure Turkish line up with the other two Turkish things in Italy.

New nation = If there is a new nation coming then there needs to be a tech tree for the new bonuses things.

Its German premium Leo, the promised soon new Leo after 2A7 was added and new Leo was promised.

Turkey should go to Isreal.

Show me this ?

I still say the tested F-20 is far too out there to be a Turkish pre-order.

Tested vehicles don’t feel like they make sense to me to be a pre-order reward.

Honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if the f20 was the air reward for the next event.

There is also absolutely no reason to get Turkish TT, like it have nothing. Worse C & P than Israel. If a tree should be coming, its Visegrad minus Hungary since it got added into Italy.

So new top tier jp jet is still a thing. They just think it’s not F-2.

And, I think it’s from it’s from different initial sources since they’re both not identical. They’re close though.

Has the orange guy done leaks before? If so, what did they day about the last few updates?

C&P is such a invalid reason

With the F-20, it’s sort of a different story: Northrop had a very interesting… philosophy, which was to have the first prototype serve more as a demonstrator, and every prototype after would essentially be semi “combat-ready”. I do believe all three prototypes ended up testing weapons at one point or another.

Keep in mind: this thing had to essentially compete with the already existing F-16A from 1982-1984, and the newer F-16C from 1984 until project cancellation for export sales, all while also going through testing and development of various systems.

Germany awaits its confirmed 11.3 tank premium and Turkish Leopard 2A4 would be perfect for that role

Turkey has no connections to Italy other than using Italian-made vehicles

When new tech tree is being introduced it first comes as air tree with limited number of vehicles and 2 pre-order premiums. Ground tech tree always comes patch or two later
