If it is really ZBD04 not ZBD04A, then it is not so good because of its thin armor, but it is a good start to add more Chinese IFV to the game

Still a good start, but yeah I would hope the add ZBD-04A first and skip the regular all together. They could also make the A an upgrade package.

Just having another Chinese IFV in general would be amazing. I would love to grind out the Chinese ground tree, however the lackluster top tier makes me very hesitant.

Basically yeah. People can be very selective with how they see certain issues. That being said, Russian often gets to be first for a lot of new features in the game, like how they were the first to be shown with spall liners, or the IRST tracking for non SPAA

i dont think there would be a problem with this if it didnt require what is basically akin to community outrage to get it implimented most times for western vehicles that have the exact same features
Like i dont think anyone has issues with Russian devs showing it off on RU vics first, it makes sense. like i’d not be surprised for example if it was a US dev team to show it off on say M3A3 bradley with the IRST tracking or M1A2 SEP with the spall line.

The Russians have 9-10 MBTs of similar performance in the game, that’s the problem! What do the Germans have? PSO and A7? Even the Swedes only have 3 well armoured MBTs! And the other nations are nowhere near!

Reading that was the first time my jaw truly dropped while reading a devblog, since they outright admitted that the entire reason the Stinger and Mistral weren’t being buffed to what multiple primary sources stated is because the Igla is bad.

A good choice, with the most powerful F&F in game and DIRCM( If gaijin give).
This pic is 2018 Zhuhai Air show, this version of Z-10ME uses CLA-01W DIRCM pod, which is in picture.
But in a 2022 pic, DIRCM is equipped on the hull.

See them in a bad thermal vision and you’ll see why their performance is similar! The Russians have 9-10 strong MBTs in the game this is a big problem!

also there is a result of test of tandemic era “ХСЧКВ” or “Nizh”(or even “Duplet”) vs leclers APFSDS shell
as a result, shell didnt even penetrate the main armor and was fully blocked by era
Both mains are as bad as each other. I don’t have a problem with a main but when they start to “educate” you then where I just have to laugh at them.
Like in the whole Typhoon saga we had a US main who didn’t even want the Harrier in the British tree because the Americans used it
So not only this guy wasn’t wanting to give nations American things.
But also wanted to remove things from other trees that America brought and used
