BR is the most important factor, not that they are stuck with primitive thermals for most of 10.3-11.3. 11.3 is a solid BR for the USSR, but to make a blanket statement from 10.0-11.7 is ridiculous.

while ussr`ve got 2s38, turms, sprut, 2s6 with awesome thermals
while us got only bradley and lav
I don’t actually know the quality, and I’m sure it’s better. Soviet doctrine gambled on high visibility night vision being the future of imaging, not thermals.
I’m quite happy in my T-80’s cycling between thermal and regular view to verify a target, it really hasn’t been that hard. That being said, the better quality thermals of the T-72B3, T-90A, and T-90M have been quite enjoyable. When I get the T-80BVM, I’m sure I’ll say the same thing.
usa got good thermal only on m1a2, if i`m not mistaken
other have as bad thermal, as ussr(except for vehicles from usa and ussr i have described above)
TURMS has European built thermals, and has the unarmored T-72A turret and hull with Kontakt-1 ERA on top. It’s quite well balanced at 10.0. Sprut at 10.0 with thermals and 3BM60 is a little much, I think it should go up in BR a tad.
2S6 is 10.7, and the M1 upgrade did give it high quality thermals in real life, I’m not sure what the complaint is. Strela-10M is easily as good in most of the same situations.

L2A4TR, TR means Turkey? But it should be similar to normal L2A4, unless they give the modified version.

In regards to a German Tigershark: as much as I had supported the idea, and still kinda do, I really don’t think Gaijin would go down that route, seeing as the F-20 would be a rather unique prototype.

yes there were a few prototypes and the only nation that tested the F-20 was Germany iirc
