I think that’s probably the funniest thing about the F-20 when it comes to foreign evaluations: Throughout the development process, the F-20 became sort of a ship-of-Theseus, removing and replacing things and capabilities. It was at a point where the Tigershark pretty much everyone evaluated was vastly different than the planned production aircraft by the program’s cancellation in 1986…
