its more a case of f20 never entering production version, like yak141 germany might get its final supposed armament since the f20 never finished either way

It can’t since Proto 2 F-20 and Proto 4 F-20 are two different things and Germany wasn’t even close to considering Proto 4. If it was a German plane then sure but it’s American so Germany has 0 rights to version they haven’t even tested.
