Because, in irl, Hungary never had Tiger 1 tanks, they all belonged to Nazi Germany. It was added the same way as the Japanese version, for the sake of diversity
As soon as you find Hungarian markings or documents confirming the official transfer of tanks then it will be added to the regular TT. Therefore, the Japanese tiger was once premium, for this reason

Ceglédi 3/1 armored battalion received Tigers from the Germans. One of the photographs is from that battalion with a Tiger equipped with the add-on frontal track armor

According to Lt-Col Attila Bonhardt no written document has survived the war that would prove that the Tigers were either handed over completely or were only lent for a duration.
So it cant be proven OR disproven. That’s how it works, even if you flag my answers like a child.
So you have no basis either!
Saying that : “Hungary never had Tiger 1 tanks” is a false statement as you have nothing to base it on as the lack of a hand-over document in the face of their well-documented service is no basis for such statements.
