We can’t say what factors Gaijin uses in determining balance. Sometimes Gromvoiny has hinted that they use some kind of average RP and SL gain at least for premium planes, but for other vehicles? No clue.
The observation is twofold.
- The largest and most lucrative player strata have a disproportionate impact on game balance (Coincidentally wehraboos and freeaboos)
- This group uses winrates as evidence (oftentimes thunderskill or the heatmap) when it suits them and suddenly become completely blind if data shows the opposite for any amount of time or with any cosistency. (Good winrates = Soviets busted, bad winrates = Soviets played by idiots/new tank attracting noobs)
You see it on the reddit or in this forum. Endless ragebait and conspiracies about persecution. Tiniest shreds of weak evidence that X or Y NATO vehicle should be stronger, being rejected because it’s low quality evidence, is proof Gaijin are biased shills that ignore everything and totally have a double standard of buffing Russians.
It’s tiresome to be attentive towards. It’s just relentless. Every day another grand pro-Russian anti-NATO conspiracy forms from thin air and is complained about ad-absurdum.

You have no idea the crazy shiton of vehicle that France still can receive and are original to this nation, meanwhile Israel is for now in majority a big copypast tree that need tech/modified tech from other nations, and still gonna be like that for a while with more USmade planes.
Sure you have original things, but don’t start with you’r the most original one when in modern time you use F-16, F-15, F-35 and others US stuff.

Israeli F-16 were 1st to receive CFTs for example and their weapons and systems replaced most of US tech. Many of current F-16 or F-15 upgrades started their lives on Israeli aircrafts. All it takes is simply the will from Gaijin to actually include these upgrades and systems on Israeli vehicles.
If that’s not enough they can even add jets like Lavi, Kfir block 10 / 60 / NG, MiG-21-2000, as well as many other modernization packages offered by Israel.
But that’s French plane, not from another country. You don’t get my point ^^
You can’t say x country is “original/the most original one” if a lot of it’s stuff is from another one.

Now, we never wanted or evaluated F-18.
The sale of F-16 is a fact. It is approved by the North American Congress and confirmed by the new minister of defense. There are already pilots who are in training.
We could have at least two variants for the German TT. Once now and once when we get to things like the AIM9 X.

I can certainly say that Israel is original.
You won’t find that many plane / tank modernizations and indigenous weapons and systems in the other nations. They may use jets originating from US but they have their very own versions that you won’t find anywhere else.
Not to mention their missiles (Python and Derby family for example) as well as APS systems (Iron Fist, Trophy), shell types (120mm: CL-3143, Slpprj 95; 105mm: Slpprj m/80, DTW1-105, DM23, DM33, m/85, DM63). Most of these are being used in other nations too so does that mean they aren’t original?

Yes. If you can find something in different TTs, it’s not original.
