He knows I’m german
Was difficult to miss the outrage and the really slow reaction of gaijin only upping it by 0.3 tiers everytime they changed the BR. It’s still undertiered though ^^
You mean 10.7
I am too, so bad excuse :3
Well erm shuddup
Opinion: Germany tree lacks early Leopards more, instead of Leopard superdupertech prototypes.
Maybe just the single Leopard 2A7 if 2A7 armor gets upgraded to D-tech on hull
I want all 3 of them and we kinda need revolution before Technologieträger
I dunno… I think that’s way too bulky… I prefer small/compact MBTs like the japanese Type 10. The Leopard 2A-RC 3.0 kinda missed the chance to shrink the base chassis (even if that would mean it’s a whole new tank) as the unmanned turret is already way smaller than the manned variant (looks like a small head on a big body lol). Smaller and lighter → better ability to hide, transport and cross bridges while being less ressource intensive (building and maintaining) and giving a smaller target with a smaller signature.
If 2a7 does get is D-tech hull, then how much improvement will the hull armor have?
“same protection as the turret” is a phrase I’ve heard going around, so more or less that
(correct me if I’m wrong)
I wouldn’t mind having an 11.0 Leopard to use alongside the Puma though
YES
They need to declassify a apfsds/apds whatever it had
It was APFSDS, but yeah :(
It would just take another 5 years for Gaijin to give it that.
But the HWS would be also cool :)
I feel like the lack of Top MBT additions in the past 2 years have frustrated me too much to settle for feet dragging, hahah.
I NEED MORE OF THE BEST OF THE BESSST
Armatas, SEPv3s, 2A8s, CR3s, gimmeeee!
So- while I will welkome the Indonesian Revolution for being a Japanese addition and “good enough”, I hope nations like Germany, etc, get some of their best available options (ideally, service vehicles, like 2A8, 2A7A1, 2A6A3…)
Well don’t sources depend between apfsds and apds hot atgms as a option would be really nice too
~600 ish maybe. But it is better than C Hull, which should be ~480 and B Hull, ~320
I feel like it’s probably more complex than we’d even expect. Sure in concept a lot of it is “just UI”, but that is still a lot of UI changes.
And while the actual mechanics generally based around existing mechanics, I can’t look behind the scenes, so I couldn’t say if that actually makes it easier to implement. For example while we already have separated research trees as just the way they do branches (Air, Ground, etc.), I don’t know if implementing a similar thing by nation would be as simply as reusing that functionality, or bring some issues I don’t know of.
Personally I think it’s something they should take their time with if they do implement it. When making the suggestion I found a lot of small things that could inconvenience players, even some that I missed and had to fix later on after others pointed them out.
As much as I think it’s needed, I don’t think this would go well if they rush it.
