It’s not that complex, it’s simply a massive ui change but nothing more than that, the rest wouldn’t be different from the current subtree system
The research system is still common, the rank requirement would probably be like now, a minimum vehicle count among all subnations (the most viable choice to my sense)

They should be C tech levels and whether it’s close to 122 is guesswork (sorry just found some are B techs so it’s whatever gajin decides
