Yup.
Flame has docs for aerodynamic heating for the ASRAAM and research papers showing that that level of aerodynamic heating would just be impossible without reaching Mach 4.5-5.0 or even higher. MBDA only ever started greater than Mach 3. (His post on it)
Typhoon is just an ASRAAM with a HEAT warhead instead of blast-frag

I mean yeah the overall CAS vs AA balance is better than it ever was. Only major exceptions are LDIRCM in general and Israel being cucked in terms of top tier AA.
Is it perfect? of course not, but it’s already much better than it has been most of the past years.
(Also when facing one I much prefer to face Kh38 compared to spice 250.)

As much as I like wheely bois, I’d rather have the AS21 Redback, as that is neither a LAV or a Boxer and would be entirely unique (until South Korea finds a home in WT)

Now they need to fix AA vs AA. A majority of 12.7 SPAA is not equivalent especially given the radars some need to be a lower BR

I really don’t understand why almost none of the top tier AAs have TWS ESA, even though I have seen reports/claims for a lot of the top tier AAs that they have ESA radars irl.
