The reason I’m only mentioning the French tree is to allow to get a representative sample, with vehicles played by roughly the same populations. In this case, I think looking at statistics is ra valid argument

If armor didn’t matter then that would be reflected in the winrate, kills per spawn, and kills per death.
Stat balancing doesn’t work when you’re comparing abysmal players with just normal garbage players. The average player in this game would lose to moldy loaf of bread, that includes France

Except in this case we’re comparing vehicles played by the same playerbase (french players). And as we know French players are not bad players seeing that the 2A6 and 2A5 stats of Frenchies dominate the German ones.

And that’s why we compare specifically the same players (French) at the same BR, which should give a more representative sample. It’s obviously not perfect since there are people that only play the METAr, others that would not want to touch the Leo in a French tree… It’s still much better than simply comparing different vehicles with different player base and different matchmaking when comparing between 2 nations

Trailers in thew past few years have been quasi exclusively on Thursdays, with dev stream (and usually dev server) on Fridays.
