Probably… i think we aren’t even getting the unique M60 and M163 for thailand.
Otherwise we would need to get the TIFCS or the one with WERA.

So let’s see where our subtrees stand so far:
South Africa actually got pretty good ground rep (still missing quite a few vehicles but that’s to be expected for everyone), too bad it clashes with UK domestic lights and it doesn’t get good air rep.
Hungary some nice low tier unique ground vehicles buried by giga tons of copy slop.
Finland provided much needed backup but is missing several unique vehicles.
Switzerland has a promising air start but I fear the worst for it’s ground.
Benelux had a decent air with unique variants but is entirely copy paste on ground.
India and Romania are a tragedy and a half

So this practically confirms that this is an attempt to allow for more vehicles to be added, so it seems like Gaijin is acknowledging the space problem.
(It also hints at more commonwealth nations, but that might just be the India subtree and the weird Australia/Canada hostage situation we already know of)
But this one is also interesting to me
This shows four vehicles in a line, even if Gaijin said before they wanted to limit it to three
