still, F-22 should come December, armament isnt gamebreaking, we will have TVC Su-30 by then, 2019 AESA already on Rafale, nothing would stop it from being added

Anyway, I feel like they should wait for a while before adding 5th gen fighters. And when they do, if stealth is actually implemented it’s better to give a 5th gen to as many nations as possible to balance things out, meaning we’d need not only the f-22 but also the f-35, su-57 and j-20 at least. That would mean USA, Russia, China but also UK and Sweden would gen 5th gen… but even then that’d mean some nations would be left behind. We already know that some nations (France for example) decided to jump 5th gen and work directly on 6th gen meaning they would not ever get a 5th gen AT ALL…

France has rafale F4 and F5, should be able to compete
and i think F-22 should come first, its the first production stealth fighter after all. its armament in early form would be same as what we have now, it doesnt have an HMD either. its got supercruise, radar, and stealth, which apparently is negated by Rafale IRST, idk about PIRATE and Sukhoi ones

Google “Belgian F-35” and that should solve your concerns.
Now if course BeNeLux is not needed and will not be so long as they do not gimp the Rafale, but that should act as a stop gap.
J10 is a better gripen but its also limited by its engine, again have gaijin undo their nerfs to the gripen and they’d probably be neck and neck. Regardless id say it would be J10A, then Gripen then Su-27.
Of all of them id say the gripen only beats the Su-27 because of the RWR and that it has Aim 120 but compared to all of them the gripen also lacks the most missiles and has the least amount of Fox 3’s id say if the 14.0’s go to 14.3 the only 13.7’s i mentioned that should move up is probably the J10, maybe the Su-27 just because they have more missiles. Regardless its my opinion and i didn’t even mention the poor state of the J11A which is a whole other topic

And have its stealth nerfed for balance reasons?
Even if not it’s stealth would be subpar in the current implementation.

I mean, even though it came decales before others doesn’t mean it should be added before… But maybe adding it at the same time as others isn’t important
Don’t think it’ll be this December, we need more advanced missiles before the F-22 can really come, it would be too good against the current ones, and I don’t see us having AIM-120C-5s and AIM-9Xs before December, maybe one or the other, and we might have both for the December update, but having both before seems unlikely, so with that I’d expect Dec next year as the earliest we could see the F-22, but probably later

and like i said, its armament is in line with current stuff unlike other 5th gens. it doesnt have HMD. IRST erodes its stealth advantage. it would be fine at like 14.7

initially, F-22 carry early 120C, wjhich are same as 120A/B but with clipped wings to fit more into bay. also carried 9M, not 9X. again, it doesnt have an HMD either so early service armament is actually a bit worse than current top tier when you really think about it

i mean, with it being decades older, the early service F-22 would have current game aramament, while F-35, J-20, and Su-57 basically require better missiles

eh not really modern radars do reduce advantage but far from negating it. i am talking about the IRST systems on various aircraft, like Flankers, Rafale, and Typhoon which allow for detection earlier
