That would be because most typhoon players have been playing with major handicap for years and now they are really dangerous in a competitive aircraft with nearly none.
F-15E pilots are been coasting for years with the best aircraft. The amount of super easy kills where they don’t even try to defend is rather hilarious.
At this exact moment in time, with the typhoons armed with Buggy Vixen, I’d give the F15 the advantage. If we ever get CAPTOR-M. It should be virtually equal

Even if they modelled it as RHA or even structural steel it would at least make heavy ATGM have a harder time

what would even be the use of the tam vctp. The luchs just got added and the tam doesnt even have thermals. I guess it could be a anti air similar to the sub1-2 or amx10p at 5.7/6.0 but anti airs arent squadron vehicles
They can already test aim9x with r73 or mica and neither of those work properly still.
