They spent millions on making sure the processors and technologies were ‘locked’ to customers from being able to tamper or investigate them too deeply so it was safe to export. This actually caused numerous problems.
They also needed it to be exported so it could be cheap enough for the US to buy them to replace literally every other fighter aircraft they operate. It should be almost as good in most ways, better in some and worse in pure air supremacy.

it sells so good because it is a very good aircraft, and its heavily regulated export wise, we retain a lot of control over the jets even when they are in other nation inventory
At the moment, I’m grind Israel, so I can feel the F-35I. Maybe I’ll change my mind.

Nah. EW power would fry any electronics that comes within like 20 miles of an emitter. Take a look at the Chally’s tea table.
