Nah. EW power would fry any electronics that comes within like 20 miles of an emitter. Take a look at the Chally’s tea table.

Those weren’t autonomous though, afaik they simply disrupted drones that were receiving commands, but a fully self-contained system would not have the issue of relying on command inputs.
