And the fact that none of them climb. I took the J-7D out for a few matches today and I was the only one at altitude on my entire team. Someone needs to teach these people their missiles only work when people can’t see them.
While on the topic, I guess this would be a great time for people to look at the recent suggestion for the combined ASEAN Founders subtree.
It includes the founding ASEAN nations of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, conveniently providing the more western aligned ASEAN nations and a level of future potential that would make the Japanese tree similar to what Britian or France achieve with their subtrees.
And all of that while making use of the available selection of vehicles to focus mostly on the unique and interesting additions rather than C&P that so many players dislike.
Meh. Everything is made of paper
Don’t play them like heavy tanks, then.
Is there any other option for an early war jet bomber other than the indo beagle?
Edit: oh there it is :D
Idk, I prefer the Thai Modernised FV101-76s, fancy modern thermals, LRF, & a FCS. Keeps the manual traverse and elevation though lmao
Yea the only trouble Japan has right now is dealing with helicopters as optical isn’t as foolproof if the pilot knows to stay low, or in some maps unusable like with mountains (and of course especially at night).
Bombers are very sparse in general, most aircraft generally being more attack aircraft than bombers. The only bomber we didn’t include was the Indonesian base model Il-28, but the Il-28T seemed like a more interesting variation so we picked that instead.
Though this is arguably a line Japan can contribute to a bit again by maritime patrol aircraft like the P-2J, P-3C and P-1.
Post Rank V the organization of the tree is basically:
JP import fighter | JP domestic fighter | ASEAN fighter | ASEAN attack | bomber/maritime patrol
these need experience.
I can both play it with or without climb, attack from above is a good way to make enemy unawared, but the key is you need to guess if they are watching their ass, and this need a lot experience
Afaik Tranche 1 later received A2G capabilities (integrated after block 5).
At least from Italian suggestion.
Yeah from reading it seems that Blk 5 introduced air-to-ground and PIRATE, but air-to-ground was still limited until Tranche 2.
Well, well, well…looks like I found Gaijins SeKret Documents on the Su-33 XD The big question is how they got it flipped over like that on the show room floor???🤔
i like how people keep complaining about this plane. bro it looks cool, so what? /s
The initial leak list showed Su-33 as the only addition for Russian Air. But I think that there are others planned that have not been revealed yet.
Your justification to not complain about it, is…it looks cool??? Hahahahahaha 🤣 new Shane Gillis over here.
Rumor Roundups are the ultimate circus’, so may as well get a laugh in there
The Patriot was only in there for cinematics, maybe an addition as an AI vehicle only. Highly unlikely we will ever be able to play as a stationary SAM site.
My favourite thing to do, especially with PL-5Bs, is get within .5k behind someone and stress them out as they wait for a missile shot.
As soon as there is a clear lock, I send a missile straight up their exhaust that’s going too fast to even worry about going for their flares.
If you learn how to fly it, the J-7D is fun in it’s own way. J-7E is way better admittedly.
Lol. Western flanker model kits are notoriously trash. So, of course they’d use it for reference, lmao.
Damn well better be. Su-33 is not sufficient.
