if we get a Hornet for Germany (and Britain) now we will not be competitive for at least a year or more because of it
Pretty sure the Eurofighter can also take AMRAAMs under the wings too, not just in those comformal hardpoints on the fuselage

it’ll still be faster than a Hornet with 8 AMRAAMs just because half of them will produce much less drag
I will say dont put the F/A-18 down yet, remember everyone here in the forums was saying the F-15E would be worse then the F-15C in A2A and now look what happened we will have to see

Well just after a quick wikipedia search at 50% fuel the F/A-18C has a 1.13 TWR, and ofc as well all know TWR in WT is always higher so it may not be so bad

the outer most pylons are used for IR missiles only
the inner most Wing pylons in this configuration aren’t used because nobody needs 8 BVR missiles
The Typhoon seems likely for the June 2025 update imo regardless if they add the Hornet this update or not.
June seems like a hype update too. Not suprising since a lot of people get a bunch of money around that time every year.
