I really hope the devs decide to give the UK a Revenge class too, that is the one vehicle that i want in game and have been asking for years

The opinion that the F-2 is superior to the Rafale or Eurofighter is very silly. There is a huge difference in engine thrust, armament that can be installed, etc. Besides, the F-2 has never been equipped with HMDs from the first model to the present, and only ADTW has the 4th generation AAM, while the regular squadrons deploy the aam3.

Should be lower imo, it’s open top, doesn’t have a turret + from what I found its shell will have worse muzzle velocity (≈560 m/s against 684 m/s for M109G), maybe also worse RoF.

The later variant might be given HMD since they were equipped with AAM-5. It looks like a good reasonable guess that HMD was part of the AAM-5 package.

No, it would be much better to just add these things to existing platforms. We should not have to grind out whole new vehicles for things that should just be added to the current platforms.
I personally do not want to have to grind out THREE new aircraft just for AESA radars when they can simply be implemented as either modifications or just straight up model changes.
What would be better is to add older aircraft before these modern ones so that if we want to get them we can, but we wouldn’t have to.

Late model air combat equipment is aam3×4,aam4b×4, there is no fact that it was equipped with aam5 and HMD. If you have ever seen an F-2 with aam5, it would be an F-2A ADTW.

but we might see multi-element seeker missiles like Python-4, PL-8B and R-73M, in game, they should have both type of irccm like manpad

the A has the APG-65 and the C uses the APG-73
apart from that I didn’t dive too deep into it’s technology
the A also has much worse engines apparently, those alone would probably warrant 12.7

so, does the western planes have any things similar? multi-element seeker but not IIR
besides, it reminds me of an article from UK pilot who used early AIM-9M, they complained a lot about it.
