the last state of info we got on the forums was that the project was cancelled before they even settled on what should be in it
Dornier made a nice looking wooden mockup to an approximated scale and the rest was stuff the french did on some Alpha E for some export operator
saying the Alpha Jet ICE was never finished is like saying the P1000 Rat was never finished, which is about true…technically? but both were not more than ideas that didnt even get to the drawing board

The aircraft was just a converted alpha jet with new pylons. The alpha jet quite obviously exists and flew. It’s just a matter of whether they want to give it agm-65 and aim9l. Because it’s the pylons that were never made.

I misread the original “leek” by Gszabi as a general leak, not specifically for the BP. So was thinking “soviet” (in the quote marks) ship meaning one operated by the soviets and not strictly speaking a soviet made ship.
Though that being said… I dont entirely rule out the possiblity of something higher BR for the BP. Like a heavy cruiser or even a BB. We have premium BBs now and they’ve featured quite prodiminantly in events for well over a year at this point. So I think its possible. Unlikely, but possible.
