Wrong, I think you misunderstood the concept of subtree. A subtree is a nation that is associated to a host tree and stays there, not necessarily a dedicated line or even just tech tree vehicles. India is a subtree of UK, both ground and air, simply they haven’t yet received planes in the tech tree. This is the same with Switzerland in Germany. Ask Smin if you want, he will tell you that like he told us before

Here is an old quote about sub-tree vehicles. New (and even older) might not get vehicles added before they became a sub-tree, but all vehicles added after will go to that tree; it is now a sub too.

the Sabras are M60 and M48 with 20 tons of ERA

IRL they have changed FCS, Radios, Sights and other things but in the end it is a 2A6EX, but it was made in Greece (most of it at least)
