OSA in general would be so cool and would also be a fairly reasonable addition for nations like Germany and Italy(Via Romania)
Ideally adding it to Russia, Germany and Italy at the same time

Does the Su-34 have the ability to mount the SAPSPAN targeting pod? I thought that was only for Su-30/35’s?

Nothing is capable of using Sapsan, especially Su-34. Nor can any RuAF Su-30/35 carry any targeting pod.
