Btw it’s more important to have modern support vehicles rather than frontline combat units, since if you have Leo 2A8 with APS and god knows what still supported by old Praga V3S repair unit, it would be worse than T-72B3 with actual support

KF-51? Well, it’s unofficial, but Hungary wants to buy between 150 and 200 units. They said there should be 2 NATO flags or 30 pieces in reserve, this is currently being discussed. 2x 56 + 30 pieces. Minimum. Just as there is no contract with the Czech F-35 and only advanced negotiations, so is the case with the KF-51 and HX3 155 L60 artillery. Also, the production of KF-51 was announced to Ukraine, but Hungary had a message to conclude the contract as soon as possible. I will be curious about Qatar, what they discussed, because they received a KF-41 Lynx model as a gift.

U gotta remember, when rank 8 got introduced they increased the rank of mig 23 ml versions to rank 8. But russia got the exact same plane as germans mig 23 as a premium for rank 7. As long as it is 11.3 it is ok

If i remember right italy was intrested in the KF41 as well, one of the reasons a lot italians didnt like the hungary tree , since italy is getting a lot of the vehicles either way

Personally I think it’s good that Aero is getting out of market. Yeah, it destroys our independent military air industry but it also stops making pointless plane that have zero needed capabilities and still it’s bought by military. Same with CSG howitzers that are pointless to develop for Czech military and are better to be sold to Africa, for our use CAESAR is perfect since it will use Tatra chassis and French gun instead of developing our own gun for sh*t ton of money.
Those overpriced independent designes destroyed Czech Army since they suck up money faster than 20yo girlfriend of 65yo billionaire.
Only thing that we should work on is Pandur UI since we have licence and know how for it and buy abroad/licence everything else what we need. New projects made from the scratch would kill up fielding of new and upgraded capabilities for better price
