The fastest plane we could get would probably be the YF-12 unless they add reconnaissance planes in somehow.
I can’t imagine the YF-12 working in any of the current gamemodes, but it would still be cool to see ingame
If you ever got high enought to freely speed up you would just go from border to border

Guys, I guess I meant fastest and best accelerating, I doubt the YF-12 is going to accelerate fast, with a T/W of .44

I guess you could really screw up a Soviet bomber by hitting it with one
Combat capable jets, yeah you are probably looking at aircraft like the Mig-25, TSR2 and modern jets like the F-15 or EF Typhoon for some of the fastest accelerting/top speed airframes we’ll see in game.
