F-22 is denied for this year tho. 5th gen wasn’t. Since Smin1440p isnt answering any questions related to this I can only hope we get something other than F-35 in regards to 5th gen this December.
i think at most we would get prototype 5th gens in december (T-50 YF22 etc) but its much more likely we get the very latest of 4.5 (T4/T5 eurofighter Rafale F.4.something Su-35 etc)
F-35 with the SU-35 coming to give russia something as a stop gap for the su 57 the next update alongside the f-22.

its also not at all the first iteration of the dev server
i dont see why we would get the most advanced 5th gen on the planet before the F-22A the SU-35 the later Typhoons and Rafales and most importantly BEFORE next gen missiles

what about the Eurofighter FGR35 and the Rafale F.35
May be the most advanced but without the implementation of ecm and other such systems its going to be a stealthy f18 with less missiles. Its going to be slower than most so its sniping capability wont be nearly as good as the f22 or su 57 which will be quick as shit. If you want a top tier stealth jet then the f35 is probably your best bet for the first iteration of them.
this is backwards logic, because technologically the F-35 is the best US stealth option, and this is like adding the Pobit before the strike eagle (or mig 35 before Su-27SM) because the raptor while a better BVR airframe has a significantly worse radar, significantly older avionics and about half the situational awareness of any given F-35.
I expect to see stealth prototypes added in december at the earliest as someone else has said in this thread, with the early T-50/J20/early serial F-22 added first, to test the waters without the insane data fusion and advanced avionics of modern 5th gens
which is even more reason not to add them the game isnt ready to add aircraft with that advanced tech?
pure size and power might pull through for APG-77.
its situational awareness may not be as good but its more than enough if the F-15C GE was considered worthy of top tier
