Honestly yes. I dislike the new profile record quite a bit, I want to see the competitive stats and all the info and numbers associated with playing each match up front. I am a numbers guy and I prefer to not have to dig for each thing in a different page.

This issue is no longer a problem for me. Goodbye.

Yes, we need a page like this to showcase our achievements.

Thanks to the WT members who provided some mock ups as to what an improved player profile should look like. Well done!

This just in, the new player profile still looks like a really really really bad mistake.

None of us likes the new pdf. We prefer the old. However knowing Gaijin, They’re not going to bring it back.

Thats how I approach these planes in game

Making the picture for each vehicle uniform didn’t detract from the game visually it was just a style change.

This isn’t simply a style change, information has been completely removed that would normally be displayed readily. As shown by other users in this thread you can still fit the information in the huge dead space produced on either side of the new "player card’.

Is there anywhere we can still see our vehicles per nation and elite vehicles? As it stands now, I think I will have to go to each individual nation’s development tree and physically count each one to see how many I have and then I have to recount while physically tabbing modifications so I can see which are fully spaded. That opens up to so many errors and I have over 1300 craft. All that time spent counting could be time spent playing. If there’s another way to find this data, please inform me because I can’t find it since the update.

You can go here and see some more about your account
https://warthunder.com/en/community/searchplayers/

It would be nice if this information was available in the Player Profile, heck even
that hyperlink in game would be nice . . .

Thank you so much. Isn’t nearly as convenient as in-game but as long as I can find it again and the data isn’t lost forever, it’s good. Thanks again! Too sad that Gaijin doesn’t think this info is worth being accessible but the players are great.

It detracted from the soul Vam.
Yes, it didn’t tract from being there to tell us what it looks like however, it detracts from the style.

Your logic is like comparing a brick from 1928 to a brick made in 2024.
Yes, they are bricks however the way the bricks were made is completely different.
One tells a story the other does not.

There’s a common phrase that goes beyond language.
“They don’t make them like they used to.”
Modern-day things are done without care and are done to break with the bare minimal requirements.

Back then things were bound to break decades apart and easy to repair making them last even longer.
Companies went broke and shut down.

People are saying the same thing here: The new stat cards are soulless. They have a grey background with a render of a tank and a different flag.

The old stat cards transitioned from the 1920s ->Modern Day. From A tinted aged portrait to a modern picture.

image (Imagine with a Japanese Naval flag in the background)

One feels like it served in the 1940’s, yes we know it didn’t but its immersion maps tell a tale, but this detracts from it
The Other is completely soulless

Removing Stat Cards, and adding what is basically a Mobile grade profile GUI that is far more clunky is just making this game a joke at this point. There is a reason why there are over 271 comments. Honestly, at this point, everything Gaijin does is just gonna keep bringing them into a barrel over a barrel over the barrel of controversy. Yes, folks wanted new Stat Cards but this is not what we meant. What we meant by NEW Stat cards was updating the old ones not reducing, to just a vehicle render not even the tank in the game, and a transparent background.
