Thanks, but that’s not helping. See, I have these two tickets open, neither one ever accepted. They just sit there being ignored. I wrote this to tell other Ground Assault players that the faulty state hasn’t changed.

If a bug report hasn’t been handled in that long then you can message the Technical Moderators and ask about it. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.
Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.
It’s also directly after the Major update so a response might take longer since they have a lot more reports to handle during these times.
Does that translate to “poke each of the tech mods separately”, or is it “lump them all together in a single message”? I’m asking because so far my whole experience with the bug reporting system is stunningly negative. Of five tickets I have opened over time, one was closed as duplicate, one was changed to “accepted” after I jumped Smin1080p_WT (but never closed and never anything about it in the changelogs), three have been ignored and are still sitting there.
As a side note, the same ignoring went for a one- or two-day chat ban I once got. Since no reason was stated, I asked, and got no response at all.

Who did you contact (you can answer in a private message)?
Sadly it can sometimes take a little extra time to get a response since all moderation teams are volunteers with normal jobs/school/families/hobies/etc. In case of shorter chat-bans you can add others from the list to the message much faster since it’s a time limited thing.
Feel free to send me a private message and i can provide the chat-logs for previous punishments as well.

Also, please note that I don’t mean to complain. I’m playing Ground Assault, which represents the bum end of support requests (a sentiment often stated by a fair amount of people), and it’s just that I have no hope of that changing.
As I said, I just wrote this as information to the other players.
