New mechanic to reward kills to the nearest player when leaving vehicle

Im confused.

You dont get the reward from J-ing out yourself.

Only if an enemy nearby Js-out

The nearest enemy (and the range is enough it works even if you spawn at the beginning and J out) gets the full RP and SL for a kill. You get points as if you were killed by someone. What worries me is the possible collusion. If enough people J out early, someone could get a nuke just from people leaving their vehicles. Hopefully that doesn’t happen.

You get a reward for being killed? Especially from J-ing out?

Yes, you still get RP. It’s not a lot, but you can actually level doing absolutely nothing but pushing a key 3 times in a match.

crew lock?

Its incredibly inefficient though. You get 40 RP when you J out but you play the full repair cost, thats not something we should be losing our minds over atm. A single scout gives more RP than that

what is efficiient and whatnot deiced the player with his stock 12.0 tank i guess :D

I can see this being an issue.
At the same time single spawns or even worse, willingly suiciding into the enemy, is even worse… giving the enemy even more points.

should be removed because it’s a war crime

To me this sounds like using a mechanic in unintended ways for personal gain.

You are just copy pasting your reply from other threads come on. It’s not a bad mechanic. Have you ever complained about this mechanic in air battles?

Luckly ure not the judge :D
And as long Gaijin dosnt refine their tos and add some more infos, no one will ever really understand where they draw the line… we had this discussion thousand times already, almost every other game says leaving a running match where the player can still participate in, is against it… and yet in wt it isnt… u can one spawn, leave in the middle, even troll with low tier vehicles… its all fair and square… so who decides what is manipulating, personal gain, unfair advantage?

My better then TT Premiun is also already an unfair advantage, using competitve grafic settings is also not fair (especially not against console that apparently cant even change them), or having a better system to push higher resolution, bigger screen and more frames…

What is even the indented way of playing according to gaijin if onespawns, Obvious OP vehicles (lets use termi when it came out as example for this one ;) ), trolls, drunken and whatnot players are all within the limit.

So where is the limit?
Could any official gaijin person finally say that after all those years? So we can finally know for sure what the supposed way of playing is?

Well… as a GM… He kinda is

Nope

Not sure why the quote dosnt show the name of the poster… but thats from Necro him/herself

Yes because I could not be bothered to type it out all again, and even if I did type it out all again it would still be seen as spam, messed up world ehh.
I also disagree with it as a mechanic in air and naval, it just makes the game just that little bit worse than it was before.
I have had air kills in ground when I have done absolutely nothing to deserve it, not fired a shot at the plane or damaged it in any way but because the plane crashed near me I obtain a free kill, mind you it seems the way of the world today, shout and moan loud enough and you get freebies and your wishes granted, who would bother with hard work and effort just shout, scream and moan loudly and it will be given to you on a silver platter.

There is a big problem with how you are supposed to play, it is subjective and as the game is unrealistic that causes even more problems.
All this swapping positions with crew members ( who are highly unlikely to be trained in the position the are replacing) all fantasy rubbish that very rarely occurs in real life ans is heavily used in propaganda, fixing barrels, engines, tracks, trans mission in the battle zone, yes no worries I just happen to have a spare 75 mm barrel and breech in my backpack.
It is similar to HR when it comes to reasons for warnings and dismissals, it is just made up on the spur of the moment if they want to punish you or get rid of you.

I don’t remember anybody shouting loud for this to be added though. It’s just a nice thing for players. And not like the kill gives you full reward anyway. I really don’t get why you people have an issue with that it’s a non problem and you are trying to make it one. Stop playing then if it’s such a bother to you that in this horrendous ground grind you sometimes get a bit of bonus RP and SL.

I did, and a lot of others were for the manoeuvre kills.

But I was also doing it because of the exploiters who were avoiding death by leaving vehicle and then recommending others to do so on the forums here.

I like that one. But I really don’t remember much discourse pertaining the j out giving kill credit in ground

It all got archived, threads got deleted.

What took so long about it though was those who would make out that because the ‘feature’ of leaving your vehicle was there, it wasn’t exploiting to use that to avoid death.

Those who excused it should be watched in my eyes, because they were trying to excuse it, and allow it, either through a genuine blind hate of other players raising concerns, or because they were actively doing it.

Eh, its annoying but a lot of people wanted it.

The range for the ground one is very large for some reason, larger than the maps.

Yep, players that bring low tiers or just one-death leave after holding W into the enemies spawn are just as disruptive, if not more disruptive than a player just leaving the match.

Then again, I am also using that “mechanic” to get around crew locks at high tier if I see my team is down 80% of it’s players after 90 seconds.
