I just realized there is no omitted battle rating inside the new brackets. Thank you Gaijin from stepping away from your pinciple of “there shall be no bracket with only two battle ratings”. I was thinking earlier that since there needs to be one battle rating omitted, then it should be 11.7 since there are only a few 12.0 in the game. But this is much better. And not only do we get 13.3, we get 13.7! Totally unexpected turn of events.
