additonally some times ago the probability to destroy a bomb in bomb bay or in-flight by AA gunfire was increased by factor - even when a bomb was dropped from a already doomed plane it was often destroyed before impact.
Noticed that ship research got slower and crew doesn’t master so fast. Good old early days managed to master Germany, Russia and in the middle of USA, Japan, Britain and the progress is soooooooo slow.
Same as in ground, dont like the modern vehicles, stopped around 6.0 and sometimes come back to 1.0 for chaos and pew pew.
And same here, battlepass, daily missions. Dont care about SL as i oscilate ~16M (had 200M but spent on crates) depending if i get new vehicles or buy some crates.
All was for fun and kill time in the evenings… now it is just frustration when killed by phantom shells flying from other side of the map.

Yes, and that is why I vote against the new aiming system while defending it, at least Gaijin should give us a choice to use old one.

i think having a choice would only benefit ones who would choose point and shoot mode.
If a choice to make is available as an option, i would group players with same aiming method not to favor anyone. as simple as that…
Never seen any voting done or prpoposed on features done addressed to players. They can do a email to all users as well they would filter out active or bot accounts like that when responding would be mandatory.
They should prepare a moc/poc server for all to have a feel about proposed changes not only for creme de la creme players with popular streamings…
All the effort put to this feature could have been spent in something else like improvements, map design or even new vehicles not like recently most of the time copy-paste variants for other nations.

Sadly, the answer is yes, new aiming system beat old one when the ship without any movement. But Gaijin ignore the naval community for a longtime, I don’t think they will really withdraw the new aiming system, they just push old AB players to RB. So maybe give us a chance to choice old system is the best solution. And in another vote post, u can see some players indeed like the new aiming system. About the server, now RB 7.0 full player’s match always crash and kick every players out, I really don’t think Gaijin’s potato sever can do what u say.

I made a proposal to fix that Изменить видимость трассеров при виде от 1 лица - Принято к рассмотрению - War Thunder — официальный форум but they fixed it slightly only for your shells.

if they looked on the comments given here during dev-server was open GJ could get a idea about the players vote on the aimbot - even then they could have start some communication with the player on the forum like they did on other changes. But sadly nothing - naval players in this forum are completely ignored.

If the answer is "no changes will be made "the change is here to stay, I ask for forum topic to be locked.
Locking the discussion doesn’t make a lot of sense. What is the reasoning behind your request? It’s a legitimate topic, that a lot of people are weighing in on. If the bar for locking topics is “Gaijin doesn’t listen,” you might as well delete most topics.

They aren’t dedicating many resources to naval. That’s clear. If they think making it even worse is going to draw more players, I don’t hold out a lot of hope for naval in general. It’s not like a lot of us were playing to begin with.
