mig 23 mld definitely can be moved up to 12.0, it has the fm and rwr for it. 23ml/mla not really
It’s FM not as good as people try to make it. Pretty much any airframe above 12.0 that isn’t F-4EJ Kai will win a dogfight against MLD. And MLD has nothing to compensate for it, only getting 2 good missiles while every 12.0 that isn’t F-104S.ASA gets more radar missiles or even IRCCM Fox-2 missiles alongside much better radars to boot. All in all there is no significant difference in offencive capabilities between ML\MLA and MLD and only slightly better defencive capabilities due to an improved RWR. But funnily enough MLD RWR makes it completely vulnuerable to the scariest opponent at this battle rating - another MiG-23. SPO-15 can’t detect J-band so every single R-24R is completely undetectable by you unless you see it visually.
In this configuration i would agree to put it at 12.0, maybe 12.3.

No, it can only carry 2 of them. MiG-21Bison is at 12.3 while having better radar, sidegrade SARH missiles, R-73+HMD combo and fully digital RWR.

Nope, all sources that i found state that it carries 2 R-24s + 4 R-60s or 2 R-73s. Later down the line HMD was tested on some of the MLDs but at that point MiG-29 was in full production so no one bothered to put it in serial.
If not that one then I’d argue the Czech Magic-2 testbed would also be a good choice.

and atleast the f4 is funny/ good… the other one´s I havent tested…

sustained turn rate. it’s sustained around .5- 1 gs more than it should be in turns. basically it should lose a lot more speed when turning and fall out of the air

It already has one of the worst flight models in the game
Turns like a f104 then decides its a mig 21 and loses all its energy in no time
Same realisn that was implemented to the ki200 which has 1 minute of fuel to fight. Its alot of fun 😐
