Ok, sure,
But like, would you complain in this way before the KH-38MT was added and the US had the best AGM’s?
No. You wouldn’t.
They got nerfed days after the spam, but they did not touch the 38MT even though it doesn’t even exist.
And I think it doesn’t exist. As a weapon but a branch of different types of missiles under the Kh-38MT platform.
Given just how strict they are with any other weapon, including a few in almost an identical situation to the KH-38MT (such as the ground attack variant of the ASRAAM) and just how much the KH-38MT outperforms everyone else, I think it needs to be removed.

Strict until they have to add literally anything for balancing reasons.
Time of just spawning an AA and thinking you’re safe is long gone. You start to get this feeling immediately after you start meeting helicopters with ATGMs, so about 8.3 and above.
CAP is your only solution.
